These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the dbtk66 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must keep this information up to date.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dbtk66 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.

• Funds deposited into your dbtk66 account are held solely for gaming purposes and may not be used for any other financial activity.

dbtk66 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to review your provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, dbtk66 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of each offer. The following general terms apply to all promotional activity:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the individual offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, mispriced markets, software malfunction, or erroneous game outcomes caused by a technical fault — dbtk66 reserves the right to void any affected bets and correct or reverse any incorrect settlements. This applies regardless of whether the error was caused by dbtk66 systems, a third-party game provider, or a data feed supplier.

Where a manifest error results in a player receiving a financial benefit that they would not have received under correctly functioning conditions, dbtk66 reserves the right to reclaim that benefit from the player's account balance. Where the account balance is insufficient, dbtk66 may offset the reclaimed amount against future deposits or winnings.

dbtk66 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Players who believe a settlement error has occurred in their favour or against them may raise the matter through the dispute process described in Section 10.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider-information-based betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or using funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dbtk66 staff or other players via any communication channel.

dbtk66 uses automated systems and manual review processes to monitor for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, dbtk66 may take any or all of the following actions: immediate account suspension; permanent account closure; forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals; reporting the matter to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

10. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the dbtk66 Platform — including but not limited to bet settlement, account management, payment processing, or bonus application — you should follow the process below:

• Step 1: Contact dbtk66 support by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue.
• Step 2: Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate your complaint by writing to our complaints review team at the same email address, marking your message as "Formal Complaint — Escalation".
• Step 4: dbtk66's decision following escalation review is final and binding on both parties, save for any rights you may have under applicable law.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered, except where the delay was caused by circumstances beyond the player's reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbtk66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. dbtk66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which dbtk66 accepts no liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing Law & Amendments

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described in Section 10 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

dbtk66 may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, dbtk66 will endeavour to notify active players through their registered contact details. Your continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
